If you report on more than one ad account, you already know the Monday-morning ritual: pulling CSVs from five platforms and stitching them into one spreadsheet by hand. These connectors automate that pull straight into Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel or BigQuery on a schedule you set. Supermetrics is the safest default for most agencies, thanks to the deepest connector list and destination options here. If budget decides everything, Power My Analytics gets a small stack of live sources onto a dashboard for well under half the price of comparable mid-tier plans. Past that, the right pick depends on how many client accounts you juggle and which destination you actually report into.
Choosing between them
Entry pricing and core fit for each, at a glance:
| Tool | Entry price | Best for |
|---|
| Supermetrics | €49/mo (3 sources, 1 destination) | Broadest connector coverage |
| Power My Analytics | $41.63/mo billed annually (5 live sources) | Small stacks on a budget |
| Coupler.io | Free (1 account) or $32/mo (3 accounts) | Testing before you commit |
| Windsor.ai | $23/mo (3 sources, unlimited users) | Flat, predictable pricing |
| Funnel.io | $300/mo (117 connectors) | Enterprise data governance |
| Porter Metrics | From $15/mo (per-account slider, free plan unlimited accounts) | Solo or two-person shops |
| Two Minute Reports | $97/mo (3 accounts per connector, both destinations bundled) | Hourly refresh on the cheapest tier |
| DashThis | $54/mo (3 dashboards, 15 sources) | Agency dashboards, unlimited users |
| Dataslayer | Free (1 connector) or €29/mo (3 connectors) | Cheap Sheets and Looker Studio feeds |
| ReportGarden | $75/mo (up to 5 clients) | Client-capped agency reporting |
| Swydo | €69/mo (10 data sources) | Unlimited clients and users |
| Catchr | $24/mo (3 platforms, 10 accounts) | AI-assistant destinations, unproven track record |
| Whatagraph | €699/mo (~$812), annual-only (from 50 credits) | Managed, demo-gated reporting service |
Supermetrics is the category’s default choice, and the connector list explains why: it covers
more ad platforms, CRMs and niche sources than anything else on this list, feeding into Looker
Studio, Sheets, Excel or a full data warehouse. Pricing splits sources, users and destinations
into separate line items. Starter runs €49 a month for three sources and one destination, and
each extra source, user or destination gets billed on top. For an agency managing a long client
roster where breadth matters more than a low sticker price, it stays the safe pick.
Power My Analytics answers a narrower question: how do you get five or six live ad accounts
onto a dashboard without paying Supermetrics-Growth money for it? The Business tier costs $41.63
a month billed annually for five sources, five accounts and two admin seats, a fraction of what a
similar source count runs on the bigger platforms. A newer Grow tier sits above it at $83.29 a
month for unlimited sources and three admin seats. The free plan only shows sample data, though,
so there’s no real no-cost tier to lean on while you decide.
Coupler.io offers the one permanent free plan here: one account, one destination, manual
refresh, no expiry date. That’s enough to confirm a connector pulls the data you need before a
card gets charged. Paid tiers start at $32 a month ($24 billed annually) and price by data
connection rather than by seat, so a small team can add people without extra fees, though an
account-heavy business can hit the connection ceiling sooner than expected.
Windsor.ai sells predictability. Every plan, including the $23-a-month Basic tier, ships the
full connector and destination catalogue plus unlimited users, with no premium-connector upcharge
and no per-seat fee. That keeps budgeting simple for an agency adding team members mid-contract.
The tradeoff lands on refresh speed and account caps: hourly and 15-minute syncs, along with the
highest account ceilings, sit on the $499-a-month Professional plan.
Funnel.io targets a different buyer: a marketing organization moving real ad spend across
dozens of platforms that needs a governed data warehouse layer, not a spreadsheet feed. Starter
lists at $300 a month for 117 connectors and 13 lightweight destinations (Funnel’s own dashboards,
Looker Studio, spreadsheet and Conversion API exports), none of them warehouse-grade. Business,
at $600, adds 46 destinations including BigQuery and Snowflake plus add-on measurement modules.
Buyer-reported contracts often land near $1,000 a month once usage scales, pricing out most small
teams before they start.
Porter Metrics goes the other direction: no dashboard, no BI layer, just a cheap pipe from
Google-side accounts into Looker Studio, Sheets or BigQuery, priced on a per-account slider
instead of named tiers. One account runs $15 a month ($12.50 billed annually), dropping to
roughly $4-$7 per account once a stack grows to 20-40 accounts, and the free plan now covers
unlimited connected accounts rather than capping at three. It fits a solo operator or two-person
shop that needs the wiring, not the whole platform.
Two Minute Reports sits between Porter and Supermetrics on price and leans on one thing the
others gate: hourly refresh ships at every point on its pricing slider. The vendor dropped its old
Lite/Pro/Business tier names for a single All-in plan priced by accounts per connector: $97 a
month ($81 billed annually) at 3 accounts, $297 at 30 accounts and $597 at 100 accounts, the
slider’s cap. Both Google Sheets and Looker Studio now ship bundled at every price point with no
separate destination fee, and the catch is a connector list of 30-plus, a fraction of what
Supermetrics or Windsor.ai cover. It fits an agency with a short, common-platform source list that
wants client reports updating every hour without standing up a warehouse.
DashThis, Dataslayer and ReportGarden joined this guide in October 2026. DashThis is the
dashboard-first option: client-ready dashboards and automated PDF reports with unlimited users and
white labeling on every tier, priced by dashboard and source count from $54 a month ($44 billed
annually). Dataslayer is the cheapest way to try a real connector, with a permanent free plan for
1 connector and Starter at €29 a month for 3, though its 60-plus connector list is shorter than
Supermetrics or Windsor.ai. ReportGarden prices by client count instead, $75 a month for up to 5
clients and $125 for up to 10, with dashboards and white-labeled PDFs included; annual pricing and
seat limits are not published. Swydo takes the opposite approach to per-client pricing: one plan at €69 a
month (€62 billed annually) covers 10 data sources with unlimited clients, users and white-label
reports, and each source past 10 adds €4.50 a month.
Catchr and Whatagraph joined this guide in November 2026, and they split the category in
a new direction: buying friction and trust evidence, rather than price or connector count.
Catchr ships four AI-assistant destinations, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot, on every
plan including the cheapest one (Windsor.ai covers three). Starter runs $24 a month for 3 platforms and
10 accounts, with Looker Studio, Sheets and Power BI included; Growth at $239 a month adds
BigQuery, Redshift and Snowflake. The trade-off is a review base thin enough that G2 itself calls
it too small for buying insight, just two G2 reviews and one on Capterra, and zero presence on
Trustpilot. It fits a team that wants data flowing straight into an AI assistant and is comfortable
being an early adopter rather than leaning on a crowd-tested track record.
Whatagraph sells a managed service rather than a self-serve pipe: a dedicated Customer
Success Manager and “IQ Agents” that build and monitor reports sit on every plan, alongside
unlimited users and reports. That comes at the highest entry price in this guide,
€699 a month (roughly $812) billed annually only, with no free trial, no self-serve signup and no
Excel destination at all; Looker Studio and BigQuery exports are both locked to the custom-quoted
Prime tier. Multiple 2026 Capterra reviewers independently describe a forced annual-only billing
switch as “predatory,” and Trustpilot scores outside Ireland sit at 2.2-2.5 out of 5. It fits a
team that wants reporting handled for them and has the budget and patience for a sales-gated
setup, not one looking for a quick, cheap connector.
One thing none of these thirteen touch: data a platform doesn’t expose through an official API at
all, like competitor pricing or public listings. That’s a job for a web-scraping and proxy tool
like Bright Data, not a reporting connector.
Our pick
For most agencies and in-house teams reporting across more than a couple of platforms,
Supermetrics remains the default. The connector breadth and destination options cover more
edge cases than any competitor here, and the modular pricing at least means you pay only for what
you use. If budget decides everything and your stack is small, Power My Analytics gets real,
live data flowing for under $50 a month. Solo operators running everything through Looker Studio
should start with Porter Metrics instead. It’s the cheapest way to stop copying export files
by hand. Skip Funnel.io unless you’re already managing enterprise-scale ad spend, since its
pricing only makes sense at that volume.

Which marketing data connectors have the best monthly pricing?
Ranked by entry monthly price, cheapest first: Porter Metrics (from $15, one account, $12.50 billed annually), Windsor.ai Basic ($23, three sources), Catchr Starter ($24, 3 platforms and 10 accounts), Coupler.io Starter ($32, three accounts), Power My Analytics Business ($41.63 billed annually, five sources), Supermetrics Starter (€49, three sources) and Funnel.io Starter ($300 billed annually, 117 connectors). Two Minute Reports lands in the middle at $97 a month for 3 accounts per connector, well above the small-stack tools but far under Funnel.io, and it is the only one here with hourly refresh on its cheapest plan. Among the October 2026 additions, Dataslayer Starter (€29, three connectors) sits near the bottom of the range, DashThis Individual ($54, three dashboards) lands next to Supermetrics, and ReportGarden Standard ($75, five clients) is priced per client rather than per source. Swydo (€69 for 10 sources, unlimited clients) suits agencies with many small clients on few platforms. Whatagraph sits at the very top of the range and in a different billing category entirely: Max starts “from €699/mo” (roughly $812), billed annually only with no monthly option, well past even Funnel.io’s enterprise-priced Starter tier.
Each entry tier leaves something out. Porter’s $15 entry point (billed monthly; $12.50 if annual) covers exactly one connected account, fewer than the unlimited accounts Porter’s own free plan now includes. Windsor.ai’s Basic tier caps refresh at daily; hourly needs Standard ($118/mo) and 15-minute syncs sit on the $598/mo Professional plan. Coupler.io’s Starter bundles three accounts and one destination, with every extra account costing $5.99 a month and refresh stuck at daily until Pro. Supermetrics Starter ships one destination and one user at a similar price point, though Supermetrics no longer publishes a specific refresh cadence per tier. Power My Analytics Business includes just two admin seats and five accounts, with extra accounts and admins now priced through a volume-based add-on rather than one flat per-unit fee. Funnel.io’s $300 Starter ships only 13 lightweight destinations, none of them warehouse-grade; the BigQuery and Snowflake connections that justify an enterprise data hub only unlock among Business’s 46 destinations at $600 a month. Catchr’s $24 Starter covers only 3 platforms and 10 accounts, with BigQuery, Redshift and Snowflake held back for the $239/mo Growth tier, and the two annual-billing figures published on its own pricing page don’t fully reconcile. Whatagraph’s €699 Max entry covers “from 50” source credits but gates Looker Studio export and BigQuery entirely to a custom-quoted Prime tier, with no published monthly-billing option at all.

Which marketing data connector has the highest customer satisfaction?
Dataslayer. It holds the highest combined rating of the thirteen tools in this guide: 4.8 out of 5 on G2 across roughly 310 reviews, and 4.7 out of 5 on Capterra across 82. Two Minute Reports scores higher on G2 at 4.9, but on just 13 reviews, too thin a sample to outweigh Dataslayer’s larger base. Swydo (4.7/5 from 114 G2 reviews) and Funnel.io (4.5/5 from 165 G2 reviews, 4.7/5 on Capterra from 19) are the next most consistently well-reviewed, both clearing 100-plus ratings on at least one platform. The two November 2026 additions don’t challenge that top spot: Catchr’s 4.5/5 G2 score rests on just 2 reviews, a sample G2 itself calls too thin for buying insight, and Whatagraph’s otherwise solid 4.5/5 on G2 (277 reviews) and 4.4/5 on Capterra (84) sit next to Trustpilot scores of 2.2-2.5 out of 5 outside Ireland. Ratings pulled directly from each tool’s G2 and Capterra listings, checked October and November 2026.

Frequently asked questions
Which marketing data connector is cheapest?
Porter Metrics is the cheapest paid plan here, from $15 a month ($12.50 billed annually), though that price covers only one connected account. Windsor.ai's $23 Basic tier is the next cheapest and bundles three sources with unlimited users, which matters more once a second person needs access. Catchr's $24/mo Starter plan sits just above Windsor.ai's, for 3 platforms and 10 accounts, but note it's a trial-only connector with no permanent free plan and a review base too small for independent confirmation.
Which connectors have a real free plan?
Coupler.io, Porter Metrics and Windsor.ai are the three with an actual permanent free tier. Coupler.io gives one account and one destination, Porter Metrics now gives unlimited connected accounts with every destination unlocked (AI-generated dashboards carry a watermark on this tier), and Windsor.ai's Forever Free tier drops to one source and one user once its 30-day trial ends. Power My Analytics' free plan only renders sample data, not real accounts, and Supermetrics skips a free tier for a 14-day trial instead.
